On the night of December 31, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SSO) conducted a successful deep strike operation. Drones hit the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Russia’s Krasnodar region, one of the largest oil transit and storage facilities in the Black Sea area, disabling port infrastructure. SSO drones also destroyed Russian ammunition depots in temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk region. In the village of Blyzhnie, a logistics hub of the “Vostok” grouping was struck, while in Siyatel an ammunition and supply depot of Russia’s 30th Motorized Rifle Brigade was destroyed. SSO continue asymmetric operations aimed at reducing Russia’s offensive capabilities.
