InformNapalm reports that OSINT researchers geolocated footage showing a Russian drone operator targeting a civilian in Kherson. According to the researchers, the operator appears to see the person in the street before carrying out the attack. The incident is reportedly linked to a Russian unmanned systems regiment of the 18th Army, whose drone activity over Kherson has previously been documented by the Institute for the Study of War. ISW has separately reported multiple geolocated incidents of Russian drones attacking civilians in Kherson.
