The cargo vessel “Leonid Pestrikov” was reportedly struck in the port of Berdiansk during a coordinated drone operation. According to preliminary information, an initial strike was carried out using a frontstrike-class UAV, after which the 422nd Separate UAV Unit “LUFTWAFFE” was urgently deployed by command decision. Operators reportedly used a “Zozulya” midstrike drone equipped with a 50 kg cumulative high-explosive warhead to engage the vessel. The ship is said to have sustained significant damage following the strike inside the port area.
