A M142 HIMARS strike targets concentrations of Russian infantry and equipment on the Oleksandrivsk axis in the Zaporizhzhia Oblast. The footage was released by Ukraine’s Air Assault Forces.
During Operation Black Coffee, Swedish authorities seized the cargo ship Caffa south of Trelleborg.
The vessel was declared stateless after it was found flying a false Guinea flag to conceal its Russia origins.
The Caffa is on Ukraine’s sanctions list and is suspected of being part of the Russian “shadow fleet” used to transport illicit cargo.
Authorities have launched a criminal investigation over the ship’s unseaworthiness and lack of insurance.
Units of the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces conducted a series of precision strikes targeting Russian military assets. Four radar systems were destroyed in occupied Crimea, including the 5N84A “Oborona-14”, the Nebo-U radar, and two radar stations located inside a radar dome in Yevpatoria. A command post element of a Russian marine brigade was also struck in occupied Zachativka in the Donetsk region. The destruction of these radar systems significantly weakens Russia’s ability to detect and engage aerial targets.
HUR reports 300 Russian troops killed and wounded, with 39 captured. The result: the Russian offensive was halted and the defense on the Zaporizhzhia axis stabilized.
HUR drones struck the 98L6 “Yenisey” radar of the S-500 air defense system in occupied Crimea. Additional targets hit include a Ka-27 helicopter, a patrol ship, a fire-fighting vessel, a tugboat, a boat, and a Forpost UAV.
