Around 400 Ukrainian kamikaze drones reportedly targeted Russian territory overnight, with the main strikes concentrated in the Leningrad region. A major fire broke out at Russia’s largest oil terminal in the port of Ust-Luga, a key hub used to export petroleum products to foreign markets. In Vyborg, a strike hit a building located about 30 meters from a Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) deployment site, causing a strong fire. Explosions were also reported in the port area of Vyborg.
