The tank crew and their commander, callsign “Chudik,” bravely went on a combat mission.
During an operation near Pokrovsk, their Leopard 2A4 from the 155th Brigade engaged an enemy sabotage group and saved Ukrainian infantry. On the way back, they came under over 26 FPV drone strikes, but the tank held — the crew survived.
“Pokrovsk is extremely dangerous. Infantry can only move on foot,” says Chudik.
“We hit enemy troops hiding in a building and covered our infantry. Then we learned a drone was tracking us.”
“I decided to confuse the enemy and drive around Pokrovsk. They still found us — one FPV after another. The gearbox was damaged, but we managed to restart.”
“Russians claimed we were destroyed or captured — but we’re alive. That was only round one.”

In Pokrovsk, special forces and aviation of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR) have launched a complex airborne operation, according to media reports.
Sources within the Defence Forces confirmed to Suspilne that intelligence assault troops entered areas of the city that Russian generals had declared “captured” and consider strategically important for Ukrainian logistics.
