Ukrainian Special Operations Forces reported a series of overnight drone strikes against fuel infrastructure in occupied Crimea on June 7. The Feodosia terminal reportedly serves as a key hub for transferring petroleum products from rail tankers to sea vessels and contains several large-capacity fuel reservoirs. Both facilities are located more than 200 kilometers from the frontline and play a role in supplying fuel infrastructure across occupied Crimea.
Rare combat footage shows operators of the BULAVA unit from the 3rd Mechanized Battalion of the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Operational Brigade using a modified “Queen of Hornets” drone equipped with a grenade launcher. According to the unit, the drone was used to strike a building where opposing forces were sheltering. Ukrainian developer RATEL demonstrated a new concept combining an unmanned ground vehicle with FPV drone operations. The platform is designed to function as a mobile launch system capable of carrying and deploying up to four FPV drones simultaneously. In the released footage, one fiber-optic FPV drone can be seen launching directly from the robotic ground platform. According to the manufacturer, the system uses Starlink for signal relay and communication support during operations. The concept is aimed at extending drone deployment flexibility and improving survivability of FPV crews closer to frontline positions.
Overnight strikes reportedly targeted five Russian cargo ships and tankers operating near Berdiansk, Mariupol, and other coastal waters under Russian occupation. According to preliminary reports, the vessels were involved in transporting fuel, military cargo, and exported Ukrainian grain through occupied ports. Details regarding the scale of damage and the condition of the ships remain limited, though multiple incidents were reported across the occupied coastal zone during the same night.
A Russian Svetlyak-class border patrol vessel was reportedly struck near the settlement of Yurkine. Preliminary reports indicate the attack damaged the patrol ship while several crew members were onboard at the time of impact. Footage and local reports from the area began circulating shortly after the incident, though the full extent of the damage has not yet been officially confirmed. The strike adds to continued attacks targeting Russian naval and border security assets around occupied Crimea and the Black Sea region.
