HIMARS UKRAINE – Page 3

In 2022, HIMARS was used for the first time to hunt enemy air defense radars. Its precision and speed made it impossible for the systems to relocate in time.

In Ukraine, HIMARS were used for real-time counter-battery fire, striking enemy artillery just minutes after it fired - a first in its combat history.

HIMARS can fire not only rockets but also GMLRS rounds with cluster warheads, capable of covering an area the size of several football fields with a single strike

HIMARS can launch multiple rockets in quick succession, covering large areas with precision in just a few minutes.

HIMARS launchers are designed to be moved and hidden within minutes after firing, making them extremely hard to target and destroy.

HIMARS can launch a guided rocket that travels over 80 km and hits within a few meters of its target.
