Ukraine War Video – Page 12

As a result of a Russian strike, one of Kyiv’s power plants was flooded due to a damaged pipeline, causing significant infrastructure damage in the urban frontline area. This complicated repairs to critical equipment responsible for heating and electricity supply for thousands of homes, affecting the civilian environment. Without hesitation, the divers began damage-control work in icy water under extreme field conditions. The special operation lasted six days. The water leak was successfully stopped, allowing recovery efforts to continue and restoration services to maintain essential utilities for residential areas near the frontline.

The 429th UAV Systems Brigade “ACHILLES” successfully tracked and carried out a series of strikes against the rare Borisoglebsk-2 EW system on the Vovchansk axis. This frontline report reflects the current situation on the ground, where coordinated drone observation and precision strikes play a key role in the evolving military situation update. As a result of coordinated actions by the unit, the system was struck with multiple assets, preventing the enemy from evacuating it in time. Disabling this complex improves frontline conditions and eases field operations for both infantry and drone units operating on the Vovchansk direction, strengthening overall conflict monitoring and operational effectiveness.

Long-range strikes by the SBU’s Special Operations Center “Alpha” caused major losses to Russia’s layered air defense network, with destroyed and disabled assets estimated at $4 billion over the past year. This military situation update represents significant war documentation of Ukraine’s deep-strike campaign. Confirmed targets include S-300 / S-350 / S-400, Buk-M1/M2, Pantsir-S1/S2, and Tor-M1/M2/M3 systems, along with critical radar and targeting assets such as Nebo-U/M, Podlyot, Niobiy, Kasta-2E2, Gamma-D, Protivnik-GE, and the 92N6 radar. These operations function as a strategic conflict zone update, breaching Russian air defenses and shaping the battlefield overview. As a result, corridors were opened through layered air defenses, enabling Ukrainian long-range drones to penetrate deep into enemy territory. The strikes reflect the evolving situation on the ground and ongoing conflict monitoring, allowing attacks on military bases, depots, airfields, and other high-value targets far behind the front line.

Ukrainian reconnaissance troops captured two Russian servicemen during a clearance operation in the private residential sector of Kupiansk, Kharkiv region. The action contributes to the exchange fund amid the ongoing conflict zone update and reflects the current situation on the ground. Footage released by the 151st Separate Reconnaissance Battalion of the 10th Army Corps of the Ukrainian Ground Forces serves as war documentation, providing a concise frontline report of a precise field operation conducted under urban frontline conditions.

This war documentation shows archival footage of the final moments of Jordan Gatley, a former British soldier, during the Battle of Sievierodonetsk in 2022. The video serves as a frontline report and battlefield overview, reflecting the situation on the ground amid intense urban fighting. Gatley volunteered to fight in Ukraine and was killed during field operations, becoming the first known British national to die in the conflict. The footage highlights harsh frontline conditions, constant frontline movement, and the severe conflict impact on cities, including infrastructure damage and civilian displacement.

Footage captures an additional moment of the strike on Lviv involving the “Oreshnik” missile. The explosion was exceptionally loud despite the absence of a warhead, highlighting the missile’s kinetic impact alone.

The crew of a Ukrainian T-72B tank from the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade “Edelweiss” delivered accurate fire against Russian infantry groups on the outskirts of Siversk in the Donetsk region, disrupting enemy movements and supporting defensive positions.

On the night of December 31, Ukrainian Special Operations Forces (SSO) conducted a successful deep strike operation. Drones hit the Tamanneftegaz oil terminal in Russia’s Krasnodar region, one of the largest oil transit and storage facilities in the Black Sea area, disabling port infrastructure. SSO drones also destroyed Russian ammunition depots in temporarily occupied areas of Donetsk region. In the village of Blyzhnie, a logistics hub of the “Vostok” grouping was struck, while in Siyatel an ammunition and supply depot of Russia’s 30th Motorized Rifle Brigade was destroyed. SSO continue asymmetric operations aimed at reducing Russia’s offensive capabilities.

A Ukrainian Armed Forces reconnaissance UAV recorded a large column of Russian soldiers arriving for rotation near the line of contact. Reports indicate the group was subsequently destroyed by strike drones.

Operators of the 1st Separate Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces carried out mid-range strikes against enemy targets on temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. In Donetsk Oblast, a command post and a deployment site of special forces from Russia’s 14th GRU Brigade, as well as warehouses and a military vehicle repair base, were hit. Additionally, a Nebo radar station and a deployment area of high-speed landing craft of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet were struck in temporarily occupied Crimea.
