Operators of the 17th Special Purpose Center “ECHO17,” working in coordination with bomber drone crews of the 81st Air Assault Brigade, engaged infiltrated Russian infantry near Zakitne on the Siversk axis. The strikes targeted enemy forces after Russian troops crossed the Siverskyi Donets River.
This is archived footage from a special operation conducted in late October 2025 on the Pokrovsk axis by fighters of the Black Winter Group, part of Tymur’s Special Unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR). During the mission, several special forces groups were airlifted by Black Hawk helicopters and landed on the western outskirts of Pokrovsk, dispersing across the industrial zone. “We managed to gain precious time so that the main units of the Armed Forces could approach the city with reinforcements. Ukraine’s SBU revealed that before striking a Russian Kilo-class submarine in Novorossiysk, it disabled the Il-38N “Sea Dragon” maritime reconnaissance aircraft at Yeysk air base. This $24M aircraft was Russia’s only asset in the Black Sea capable of detecting the underwater drone Sub Sea Baby. After losing aerial surveillance, Russian forces failed to spot the drone, which entered the harbor undetected and successfully destroyed the submarine.

For the first time, Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) carried out an attack on a Russian “shadow fleet” tanker in neutral waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The Alpha special unit hit the empty tanker QENDIL using drones. The vessel was reportedly used to bypass international sanctions and finance Russia’s war efforts. As a result of the strike, the tanker sustained critical damage and is no longer operational.
