Kherson is a port city in southern Ukraine that serves as the administrative centre of Kherson Oblast. In result of russian invasion in 2022, Kherson was under russian control since March 2, 2022 till November 11, 2022. Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the city of Kherson from russian occupation on November 11, 2022. Now Kherson is under daily attacks, russians are killing civilians and destroying the city.
Volunteers monitoring aerial threats through a live tracking system recorded the moment a Russian drone reportedly struck a civilian bus stop. The footage and tracking data show the UAV approaching the area shortly before impact. Images from the scene reveal severe destruction around the stop and surrounding civilian infrastructure. The incident is part of another reported attack affecting non-military locations during ongoing drone strikes across populated areas.
