A Russian airstrike hit a school in Komyshuvakha, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, where humanitarian aid was being distributed. President Volodymyr Zelensky said that after the initial strike, nine bombs hit a shelter where people had gathered. The latest reports put the death toll at 33, with rescuers continuing to search the rubble. Around 50 people may still be trapped, and the number of victims remains subject to change. Russia has denied targeting civilians and claimed it struck Ukrainian military personnel.
