Empty streets and vehicles damaged by FPV drones show the reality of a city under attack in Ukraine. Residents are afraid to go outside because of constant FPV drone activity over civilian areas. The footage documents a destroyed city environment, damaged cars and the impact of drone warfare on daily life, with attacks on civilians and destruction of civilian infrastructure raising further war crimes concerns.

Drone footage shows the current state of Bakhmut, more than three years after Russian forces captured the city in 2023. Once home to more than 70,000 residents before the full-scale invasion, Bakhmut has been left almost entirely destroyed following months of intense fighting. The video reveals vast areas of ruined buildings and devastated urban infrastructure, with no visible signs of civilian life. Large parts of the area remain heavily damaged and contaminated by explosive hazards after prolonged combat.

Drone footage released by the 24th Separate Mechanized Brigade named after King Danylo compares Chasiv Yar before the fighting with its current condition. The video highlights the scale of destruction across the city, which had a pre-war population of around 13,000 residents. The comparison shows extensive damage to residential neighborhoods, streets and urban infrastructure following prolonged combat in the area.

Recent footage from Vodyanske, part of the Dobropillia Urban Hromada, shows extensive destruction across the settlement. Residential buildings stand abandoned or heavily damaged, reflecting the impact of years of fighting in the region. The Holy Presentation Church, built in 2009, was also severely damaged, burned and partially destroyed. The footage documents urban destruction, damaged civilian infrastructure and the condition of communities located near the frontline in eastern Ukraine.

Drone footage from Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region shows widespread destruction across the city. Located around 20 kilometers from Kramatorsk, the area contains heavily damaged residential buildings, destroyed kindergartens, schools, medical facilities, and a damaged church. The footage documents the scale of urban destruction visible throughout multiple districts of the city.

Kostiantynivka remains under round-the-clock Russian fire as the city continues to be systematically destroyed. Drone operators of the Phoenix border guard unit documented another attack, capturing evidence of Russian forces dropping heavy aerial bombs on the city during the night. According to the footage, residential neighborhoods were among the targets once again. The strike adds to the growing record of attacks on civilian areas in one of the most heavily battered cities in the Donetsk region.

The humanitarian situation in occupied Oleshky has reportedly deteriorated sharply. Since April 15, the city has effectively been under blockade. Vehicles carrying gas and food reportedly hit mines — the drivers survived, but since then no one has been willing to risk entering the city. Food and basic goods are now in extremely short supply. To buy essentials, residents are forced to travel to Skadovsk via a mined “road of death” that remains under fire. People reportedly carry other people’s bank cards and pay a fee just to withdraw cash. Around 50 children are still believed to remain in the city.

Kostiantynivka has become a ghost city, coming under constant Russian shelling. Occupying forces continue to strike the city with artillery, multiple launch rocket systems, guided bombs, and heavy aerial bombs, causing further destruction to residential areas and civilian infrastructure. Once a living industrial city, it is now being steadily erased - leaving behind empty streets, shattered buildings, and constant danger for those still trapped there.

This is what life looks like in the frontline settlement of Komyshuvakha, according to footage shared on social media. People here are not truly living — they are simply trying to survive under постоянне shelling and constant attacks, with every day shaped by danger, destruction, and uncertainty.
