The Unmanned Systems Forces conducted a series of coordinated strikes against multiple Russian military assets across Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. Reported targets include radar systems from S-300V air defense complexes and a fuel tanker in Shyroka Balka, a Tor air defense system and a saddle truck in Berestove, and a BM-27 Uragan MLRS in Zelenyi Hai, Donetsk Oblast. Additional strikes affected command posts, UAV workshops, logistics hubs, and personnel locations in several settlements including Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia directions. The operation also included damage to a port crane in Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia Oblast, indicating continued targeting of operational infrastructure and supply chains in occupied territories.

A BM-27 Uragan multiple rocket launcher system was struck by an FP-2 kamikaze drone near the settlement of Zelenyi Hai in Donetsk Oblast, resulting in a large secondary detonation of the onboard ammunition. The footage shows the aftermath of the impact and the subsequent explosion of the rocket payload. The operation is attributed to operators of the 1st Separate UAV Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The material documents the engagement and the resulting destruction of the artillery system in the operational area.

Drone footage from Kostiantynivka in the Donetsk region shows widespread destruction across the city. Located around 20 kilometers from Kramatorsk, the area contains heavily damaged residential buildings, destroyed kindergartens, schools, medical facilities, and a damaged church. The footage documents the scale of urban destruction visible throughout multiple districts of the city.

The HIMERA unmanned aerial systems unit, part of the Timur Special Unit of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR MO), continues UAV operations in the Zaporizhzhia region targeting Russian military positions. Operations are conducted across various terrain types including basements, forest belts, and abandoned buildings, focusing on continuous detection and engagement of enemy personnel and equipment.

The German company Helsing has demonstrated the launch of its HX-2 drone from a high-speed landing craft. In April, the Ukrainian “Inquisition” UAV unit of the 59th Separate Assault Brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces first reported operational use of HX-2 drones in strikes against Russian forces. The demonstration highlights potential integration of such systems with maritime platforms for future deployment concepts.

Fighters of the 2nd Assault Battalion of the 33rd Assault Regiment repelled a Russian assault on their position. According to the released account, a five-man Russian assault group attempted to break through, but coordinated action by infantry, reconnaissance drone crews, and FPV operators stopped the attack. The result of the engagement was shaped by close coordination, effective command, and cooperation with adjacent units. The entire Russian assault group was eliminated, while all Ukrainian personnel survived.

According to the released account, fighters of Ukraine’s 225th Separate Assault Regiment counterattacked and regained positions previously held by Russian forces. Shortly afterward, their position was targeted by an FPV drone and a munition reportedly carrying an unknown toxic substance. The soldiers managed to leave the dugout in time and move to another position. The incident was documented, and the available evidence has reportedly been handed over to the relevant authorities for inclusion in investigations into alleged Russian war crimes.

In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, aerial reconnaissance operators of the STRIX unmanned systems unit destroyed 10 Russian Molniya strike drones. The interceptions were carried out by border guard drone teams operating along the frontline.

Operators of Ukrainian heavy bomber drones mainly conduct missions at night, targeting enemy bunkers, shelters, and concealed positions with aerial drops. The larger and more valuable the target, the heavier the payload used by drone system units of police rifle battalions. Ukrainian hexacopters have become a constant threat for Russian troops, who have nicknamed them “Baba Yaga” due to their nighttime strikes.
