Odesa reported seven dead and 11 injured in multiple waves of attack, while Dnipro and Kharkiv also suffered casualties and damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure. Explosions and strike reports also came from other regions as Russia carried out one of its largest recent aerial assaults on civilian areas.
