The special unit “Ghosts” of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence (Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine), previously known for striking Russian air defense systems in occupied Crimea, is now reportedly expanding its operations to targeting logistics routes across temporarily occupied territories. The Military Footage Hub release shows continued activity aimed at disrupting supply chains, transport infrastructure, and operational mobility of Russian forces. The footage documents drone-based reconnaissance and strike operations carried out in contested zones, reflecting a broader shift from air defense suppression to logistics interdiction on occupied territory.

During the night of April 30, 2026, the Ukrainian Navy carried out a strike against Russian naval assets in the Kerch Strait area. According to reports, the attack hit the Russian FSB patrol boat Sobol and the anti-sabotage boat Grachonok. Enemy forces reportedly suffered both fatal and wounded casualties. These vessels are considered key units used by Russian coastal forces and the navy to guard the Kerch Bridge and conduct anti-diversion operations. The strike marks another step in reducing Russian capabilities in the Black Sea region.

According to released battlefield reports and footage, Ukrainian strike units carried out a series of coordinated attacks in a single day against Russian military targets in occupied Crimea, Donetsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions. The reported targets included air defense systems such as Pantsir-S1, Osa-AK, and Buk-M1, as well as two reported Iskander missile support sites, fuel storage facilities, and an ammunition depot linked to the 758th Logistics Center of the Black Sea Fleet. Additional strikes reportedly hit a workshop and UAV storage site associated with the Rubikon unit in Donetsk region. Notably, some of the published strike footage reportedly began specifying the weight of the warhead used, with several clips indicating a 60 kg payload.

Enemy units stationed on the “Syvash” drilling platform (Holitsynske gas field, Black Sea waters) were also hit.

Operators of the 1st Separate Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces carried out mid-range strikes against enemy targets on temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine. In Donetsk Oblast, a command post and a deployment site of special forces from Russia’s 14th GRU Brigade, as well as warehouses and a military vehicle repair base, were hit. Additionally, a Nebo radar station and a deployment area of high-speed landing craft of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet were struck in temporarily occupied Crimea.

In the temporarily occupied Crimea, HUR operators continue destroying Russian radars and other equipment. This time, the following were hit: • Nebo-SVU radar; • Podlyot K-1 radar; • 96L6E radar; • BK-16 landing craft; • air defense base dome on Mount Ai-Petri. After suffering significant losses to their air defense systems, the Russians began hiding their radars inside dome structures.

Ukrainian Defense Intelligence Warriors destroyed, presumably, Russia's latest Dan-M jet-powered drone over the Black Sea. On May 29, 2025, a mobile air defense missile system equipped with R-73 missiles, developed by HUR specialists with the support of foreign partners, was successfully used to repel a nighttime enemy drone attack on the Odesa region. 🔥Exclusive footage of the first use of FPV drones in open sea released by Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence (HUR) During a raid near the coast of Crimea on September 11, 2024, fighters from the “Raven Group” unit, part of the “Timur Special Unit” of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, used FPV drones from boats in the open sea for the first time. Thanks to this component of the operation, HUR fighters were able to suppress enemy firing positions on the “Petro Hodovanets” gas production platform in the Black Sea. The occupiers suffered losses in both personnel and equipment.
