The 1st Separate Center of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces carried out a strike using FP-2 drones against enemy vehicles parked inside one of the workshops of the former Bakhmut Electrotechnical Plant. The vehicles were first detected by a fiber-optic FPV drone. After confirming the target, Ukrainian forces used the more powerful warhead of an FP-2 drone to strike the facility and the equipment inside.
The 1st Separate Center is now reportedly using Hornet AI drones, developed with support from Eric Schmidt.

Counter-battery units of the 19th Rocket Brigade used HIMARS systems to strike Russian towed artillery positions in the Zaporizhzhia direction. According to reports, the strikes destroyed or damaged two 122 mm D-30 howitzers, two 152 mm Msta-B guns, and one 152 mm Giatsint-B artillery piece. The operation targeted enemy firepower supporting frontline positions.
Special forces of the 1st Separate Detachment of the Omega Special Purpose Center carried out a complex evacuation mission to rescue a wounded serviceman from a neighboring unit. The operation lasted seven hours under constant fire. Operators of the robotic systems group worked in close coordination with reconnaissance teams and the command post throughout the mission. Enemy forces repeatedly attempted to destroy the robotic evacuation platform with FPV drones, but failed. The wounded soldier was successfully evacuated and transferred to friendly forces.
Ukrainian Navy Strikes Russian Boats Guarding Kerch Bridge
During the night of April 30, 2026, the Ukrainian Navy carried out a strike against Russian naval assets in the Kerch Strait area. According to reports, the attack hit the Russian FSB patrol boat Sobol and the anti-sabotage boat Grachonok. Enemy forces reportedly suffered both fatal and wounded casualties. These vessels are considered key units used by Russian coastal forces and the navy to guard the Kerch Bridge and conduct anti-diversion operations. The strike marks another step in reducing Russian capabilities in the Black Sea region.
The moment a drone struck a bus standing at a stop in Dnipro was captured on video. Reports indicate the UAV was guided, meaning the operator could see and control the strike location.

Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) reportedly carried out another long-range drone strike on Russian energy infrastructure in Perm, targeting the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery more than 1,500 km from Ukraine. The refinery is one of Russia’s largest, with an annual processing capacity of nearly 13 million tons, supplying fuel to both civilian markets and the military sector. According to preliminary reports, the strike hit the AVT-4 primary refining unit, damaging atmospheric and vacuum distillation columns and causing fires. SBU drones also reportedly struck the Perm production and dispatch station again, a facility used to supply crude oil to the refinery. New fires were reported there after an earlier strike the previous day.
Reports indicate that insurgent forces in Mali have captured the city of Kidal, where a base used by Russian personnel from the so-called African Corps was located. It is also reported that the residence of Defense Minister Sadio Camara, considered close to Moscow, was destroyed in an explosion. Clashes are said to be ongoing near the capital Bamako and the nearby Kati military base, as well as in Gao and the central cities of Sevare and Mopti. The Russian Embassy in Mali stated that all attacks had been successfully repelled, though it did not mention the participation of the African Corps. At the same time, Russian pro-war sources are already reporting alleged agreements regarding the withdrawal of Russian forces from Kidal.
